| 介绍480/80R42无内胎半钢农业子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 1 829.5 mm，断面宽 467 mm，行驶面宽度 421.2 mm，行驶面弧度高 20.5 mm，胎圈着合直径 1 066.5 mm，胎圈着合宽度 397 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2） 0.949 4，花纹深度 52 mm，花纹饱和度 24.7%，花纹周节数 20。施工设计：胎面采用冷喂料挤出、缠绕法成型，胎体采用2层2100dtex/2V1锦纶66浸胶帘布，带束层采用3+9+15×0.22+0.15HT钢丝帘线，钢丝圈采用Φ1 mm的19#镀铜高强度胎圈钢丝，采用二次法成型技术、单模胶囊硫化机硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明，轮胎的充气外缘尺寸和物理性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求。 |

| The design of 480/80R42 tubeless steel belted agricultural radial tire was described.In the structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 1 829.5 mm，cross-sectional width 467 mm，width of running surface 421.2 mm，arc height of running surface 20.5 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 1 066.5 mm，bead width at rim seat 397 mm，maximum width position of cross-section（H1/H2） 0.949 4，pattern depth 52 mm，block/total ratio 24.7%，and total number of pitches 20.In the construction design，the following processes were taken：cold feed extrusion and winding process for tire tread.2 layers of 2100dtex/2V1 nylon 66 dipped cord for carcass ply，3+9+15×0.22+0.15HT steel cord for belt，and Φ1 mm 19# copperized bead wire for bead.The tire was built using two-stage process and cured in bladder press.It was confirmed by the test of the finished tires that，the inflated peripheral dimension and physical properties met the requirements in design and national standard. |
