      以4.50-12轮胎为例,对微型汽车轮胎的结构设计参数进行了讨论,并对改进后轮胎各部位的应力进行分析。轮胎断面高宽比(H/B)的取值是设计关键,取值范围应在0.95~1.00之间;行驶面宽度(b)与断面高的比值(b/B)应取较大值;行驶面弧度高(h)的取值结合行驶面宽度进行综合考虑;水平轴位置H1/H2可取较大值;微型汽车轮胎的花纹设计以新颖美观、乘坐舒适、低噪声为原则,花纹形式以纵向花纹为主,在主花纹沟之间增加横向细沟槽,以获得较好的防滑性能和排水性能。
英文摘要:
      The structure design parameters of minibus tire are discussed and improved taking 4.50-12 tire for example ,and the stresses at different portions in the improved tire are analysed. The rolling resistance ,ride quality ,wear resistance ,noise generation and wet skid resistance of new tire are improved by decreasing H/B,B′/B and D′/D ,increasing b/B,h/H and H1/ H2 and adopting longitudinal main grooves with narrow lateral grooves.
