      从常温法和冷冻法硫化胶粉的粒子形态结构着手,研究了硫化胶粉的品种、细度和用量对胎面胶的加工性能和物理性能的影响。结果表明,加入硫化胶粉的胶料加工性能得到改善,硫化胶的物理性能随胶粉用量增大略有下降。添加少量胶粉(10份以下)对硫化胶物理性能无明显影响。冷冻法胶粉的使用性能优于常温法胶粉。
英文摘要:
      The effect of the type ,particle size and loading level of ground rubber on the processibility and physical properties of tread compound was investigated based on the morphological structures of RT ground rubber particle and freeze ground rubber particle . The results showed that the processibility of tread compound improved with the addition of ground rubber ;the physical properties of vulcanizate decreased slightly as the loading level of ground rubber increased ;the low loading level of ground rubber ( up to 10 phr) didn′t have significant effect on the physical properties of vulcanizate ;and the freeze ground rubber was better than RT ground rubber in terms of the physical properties.
