介绍地下矿铰接式卡车用18.00R25 E3全钢工程机械子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 1 602 mm,断面宽 490 mm,行驶面宽度 430 mm,行驶面弧度高 20 mm,胎圈着合直径 630 mm,胎圈着合宽度 330.2 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.84,胎面花纹采用胎冠中间全饱和、胎肩羊角形花纹设计,花纹深度 30 mm,花纹周节数 32,花纹饱和度 86.7%。施工设计:胎面胶采用抗切割胶料配方,基部胶采用低生热胶料配方;采用4层带束层结构,其中1#和2#带束层采用7×7×0.22+0.15HT钢丝帘线,3#和4#带束层采用4×6×0.25HE钢丝帘线,胎体采用7×7×0.25+0.15HT钢丝帘线;采用一次法成型机成型,采用单模蒸锅式硫化机硫化。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、静负荷性能和耐久性能均达到相应设计和国家标准要求。 |

The design on 18.00R25 E3 all-steel off-the-road radial tire for articulated truck in underground mine was introduced.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 602 mm,cross-section width 490 mm,width of running surface 430 mm,arc height of running surface 20 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 630 mm,bead width at rim seat 330.2 mm,maximum width position of cross section(H1/H2) 0.84,the tread pattern was designed with full saturation in the middle of the crown and horn pattern on the shoulder,pattern depth 30 mm,number of pattern pitches 32,and block/total ratio 86.7%.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:using the cutting resistant compound formula for tread and using the low heat build-up compound formula for base,adopted 4 layers belt structure,using 7×7×0.22+0.15HT steel cord for 1# and 2# belt,4×6×0.25HE steel cord for 3# and 4# belt,7×7×0.25+0.15HT steel cord for carcass,using one-stage building machine to build tire and single-mode steamer type curing press to cure tire.The test results of finished tire showed that the inflation peripheral dimension,static load performance and durability of the tire met the requirements of the corresponding design and national standards. |
