      采用光电传感器作为胎面联动生产线裁断定长检测方法的新型装置,通过定长光电组的布局设计和吹干定长辊道的设计对其方案和结构设计过程进行介绍,有助于提高轮胎生产过程的高效率和高精度,促进轮胎生产设备的不断进步。
英文摘要:
      The photoelectric sensor was used as a new device to determine the cutting length of the tread linkage production line.Through the layout design of the fixed length photoelectric group and the design of the drying fixed length roller table,the scheme and the structural design process were introduced,which was helpful to improve the efficiency and precision of the tire production process and promote the continuous progress of the tire production equipment.
