      研究国产窄相对分子质量分布钕系顺丁橡胶(BR9110)在全天候轿车子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用,并与国外同类型钕系顺丁橡胶(Nd-43)进行对比。结果表明:与Nd-43胶料相比,BR9110胶料硫化时间相近,炭黑分散性较好,工艺性能相近;两者硫化胶的拉伸性能和动态力学性能相当,BR9110硫化胶热空气老化后性能保持率较好;采用BR9110胶料的成品轮胎各项性能与采用Nd-43胶料的成品轮胎相当。
英文摘要:
      The application of domestic narrow molecular weight distribution neodymium butadiene rubber(BR9110)in all-season passenger car radial tire tread compound was studied and compared with the same type of neodymium butadiene rubber(Nd-43) abroad.The results showed that,compared with Nd-43 compound,the curing time of BR9110 compound was similar,the carbon black dispersion was better,and the processing properties were similar,the tensile properties and dynamic mechanical properties of two kind of vulcanizates were similar,the property retention of BR9110 vulcanizate after hot air aging was better. The performances of finished tire with BR9110 compound were similar to those of finished tire with Nd-43 compound.
