      研究轮胎均匀性对车辆高速噪声的影响。针对径向力八次谐波引起的轮胎噪声,分析了径向力八次谐波偏差的产生原因。结合轮胎的实际生产,提出了生产优化和质量监控的具体方法,并通过实车道路试验验证了控制方法的有效性。
英文摘要:
      The effect of tire uniformity on the noise of vehicle at high speed was investigated.In order to reduce the tire noise caused by the eighth harmonic of radial force,the causes of eighth harmonic deviation were analyzed.Combined with the practical production of tire,specific methods of production optimization and quality control were put forward.The effectiveness of the control method was verified by practical tire noise testing.
