      以载重子午线轮胎胎面胶为例,应用发泡点分析仪(BPA)测试和计算胶料温度不饱和度及扩散系数,探讨BPA的测试原理和方法。结果表明,热扩散系数与热源温度无关,而与加热时间和厚度相关。应用BPA对胶料进行硫化分析,有助于硫化工艺设计和生产控制。
英文摘要:
      Taking the tread compound of truck and bus radial tire as an example,the temperature unsaturation and thermal diffusion coefficient were measured and calculated by the blow point analyzer(BPA),and the principle and method of the measurement with BPA were discussed.The results showed that,the thermal diffusion coefficient had no relationship with the temperature of the heat source,but it was related with the heating time and the thickness of the compound.The vulcanization analysis with BPA provided help to curing process design and production control.
