| 介绍315/60R22.5光面全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 946 mm，断面宽 316 mm，行驶面宽度 278 mm，行驶面弧度高 10 mm，胎圈着合直径 569.5 mm，胎圈着合宽度 260 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2） 0.828。施工设计：胎体采用3+9+15×0.175+0.15钢丝帘线，1#和2#带束层采用3+8×0.33ST钢丝帘线，3#带束层采用3×4×0.22HE钢丝帘线，0°带束层采用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线；采用两鼓一次法成型机成型，蒸锅式硫化机硫化。315/60R22.5光面全钢载重子午线轮胎试制完成后，可采用不同花纹形式进行刻花，对研究不同花纹产品的耐久性能、滚动阻力、抗湿滑性能、噪声等具有重要意义。 |

| The design of 315/60R22.5 truck and bus radial tire with smooth tread was described.In the structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 946 mm，cross-sectional width 316 mm，width of running surface 278 mm，height of running surface 10 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 569.5 mm，bead width at rim seat 260 mm，and maximum width position of cross-section（H1/H2） 0.828.In the construction design，the following processes were taken：3+9+15×0.175+0.15 steel cord for carcass ply，3+8×0.33ST steel cord for 1# and 2# belt ply，3×4×0.22HE steel cord for 3# belt ply，3×7×0.20HE steel cord for 0° belt ply；using two-drum single stage building machine to build tires，and using steam curing press to cure tires.The 315/60R22.5 truck and bus radial tire with smooth tread could be used to study the endurance performance，rolling resistance，wet skid resistance and noise of the tire with different patterns. |
