| The temperature of 245/76R16 LT tire was measured during the vulcanization and then the vulcanization process was adjusted according to the measured equivalent curing time and the practical curing state at the different parts of tire.The uniformity of the curing state at the different parts of tire improved by using the adjusted vulcanization process and the speed performance and endurance of finished tire improved,meanwhile the energy consumption and the production cost reduced. |
