| 研究均匀剂40MSF在轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明，应用均匀剂40MSF，能够延长胶料焦烧时间，有效缩短胶料混炼时间，降低混炼能耗，改善炭黑的分散性；能够提高硫化胶的物理性能和耐热氧老化性能；生产的成品轮胎耐磨性能明显提高。 |

| The application of the homogenizing agent 40MSF in the tread compound was investigated.The test results showed that the scorch time of the compound extended,the mixing time and energy consumption reduced significantly,and the dispersity of carbon black improved by using homogenizing agent 40MSF;the physical properties and thermo-oxidative aging resistance of the vulcanizate improved;and the wear resistance of the finished tire increased remarkably. |
