      对7.50-20 14PR纵向曲折花纹载重轮胎进行优化设计。优化措施主要包括胎面采用纵向曲折花纹,花纹深度为12 mm;胎面采用三方四块结构;缓冲层采用双宽结构。优化设计后轮胎的充气外缘尺寸符合国家标准,耐久性能、速度性能及胎体强度明显提高。
英文摘要:
      The design of 7.50-20 14PR tire was optimized by taking the following measures:longintudinal tread patterns;12 mm tread pattern depth;three-formula and four-pieces tread structure;and double wide ply breaker structure.The overal diameter of optimized inflated tire met the requirements of the relevant national standard,and the endurance,speed performance and case strength of fi-nished tire improved significantly.
