| 分析全钢载重子午线轮胎胎冠、胎侧、胎肩和胎圈部位外观明疤的产生原因，并提出解决措施。通过采取严格控制半成品部件尺寸、成型位置和硫化定型压力，正确使用隔离剂和内喷涂剂，定期清洗模具，杜绝内压水泄漏和外压蒸汽回窜等措施，取得了良好效果。 |

| The causes for the appearance defects on crown,shoulder and bead areas of BTR tire were analyzed and their countermeasures were proposed.The appearance quality of BTR tire was significantly improved by taking the following measures:strictly control the dimensions and locations of tire components and the shaping pressure of green tire,properly apply the releasing agent and lubricant,regularly clean the mold,and protect the overheated water from leakage and the steam from reversing. |
