| 对高强度钢丝帘线3×0.20+6×0135 HT在全钢载重子午线轮胎带束层中的应用进行了研究。结果表明,高强度钢丝帘线的各项性能均可满足全钢载重子午线轮胎的技术要求;在全钢载重子午线轮胎带束层中使用高强度钢丝帘线,可以降低原材料成本、显著改善加工工艺性能、提高轮胎综合性能、无需对现有生产工艺路线和装备进行改造。 |

| The application of 3×0.20+6×0135 HT high tenacity steel cord to all-steel radial truck tire belt was investigated. The results showed that the properties of the high tenacity steel cord could meet the specification of all-steel radial t ruck tire ;the material cost was decreased ,and the processibility and the comprehensive performance of tire were significantly improved without modifying the existent processing technology and equipment . |
