      开发一种全钢载重子午线轮胎胎圈耐久性能试验方法,并与目前应用较为普遍的2种常规试验方法进行对比分析。结果表明:采用本试验方法测试全钢载重子午线轮胎胎圈耐久性能时,对胎面进行打磨至花纹沟底0~1 mm,可有效提升轮胎肩部散热效率,试验速度和充气压力更接近目前国内载重轮胎在实际路况下的真实使用状态;与2种常规试验方法相比,本试验方法中轮胎累计行驶时间较长,试验周期较短,试验成本较低,可参考性更好。
英文摘要:
      A test method of endurance of bead of all-steel truck and bus radial tire was developed,and compared and analyzed with two commonly used test methods.The results showed that when testing the endurance of bead of all-steel truck and bus radial tire using the new test method,the tread was grinded to the bottom of the tread groove of 0~1 mm,which effectively improve the heat dissipation efficiency of the tire shoulder,and the test speed and inflation pressure were closer to the domestic actual usage status of truck tires under actual road conditions.Compared with the two conventional test methods,the new test method had longer tire running time,shorter test cycles,lower test costs,and better reference.
