      介绍12.00R24全新混合型全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 1 216 mm,断面宽 310 mm,行驶面宽度 240 mm,行驶面弧度高 7 mm,胎圈着合直径 613.5 mm,胎圈着合宽度 230 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 1.08,采用折线型花纹沟设计,花纹深度 15 mm,花纹周节数 63,花纹饱和度 76.8%。施工设计:胎面采用两方两块设计,胎体采用3×0.24/9×0.225CCHT紧密型高强度钢丝帘线,1#,2#,3#带束层采用0.37+6×0.32ST超高强度钢丝帘线,4#带束层采用5×0.35HI高抗冲击钢丝帘线,采用胶囊三鼓一次法成型机成型,热板充氮全自动液压硫化机硫化。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明:轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能均符合相应的国家或企业标准要求。
英文摘要:
      The design of 12.00R24 new hybrid track and bus radial tire was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken :overall diameter 1 216 mm,cross-section width 310 mm,width of running surface 240 mm,arc height of running surface 7 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 613.5 mm, bead width at rim seat 230 mm,maximum width position of cross-setion(H1/H2) 1.08,using zigzag groove design,the pattern depth 15 mm,the pattern perimeter number 63,and the block/total ratio 23.2%∶76.8%.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:the tread adopted two sides and two pieces,the carcass adopted 3×0.24/9×0.225CCHT compact high-strength steel cords,1#,2# and 3# belt layers adopted 0.37+6×0.32ST super high strength steel cord,4# belt adopted 5×0.35HI high impact steel cord,using capsule three-drum one-step building machine to build tire and curing tire by hot plate nitrogen-filled automatic hydraulic curing machine.The test results of the finished tire showed that,the inflated peripheral dimension,strength performance,durability and high-speed performance all met the requirements of national or corporate standards.
