| 以老挝南塔省独资私营橡胶产业为例，分析老挝天然橡胶产业现状及发展中存在的问题。老挝天然橡胶产业发展时间不长，独资私营橡胶产业形成了一定的规模，但是存在种植开垦不规范、割胶技术差、相关技术标准水平落后、质量管理薄弱、产品结构单一等问题。要推动老挝天然橡胶产业的调整和转型升级，提高其橡胶产品的国际竞争力，需要当地政府加强引导，开展与其他国家的合作，积极进行技术交流，提升胶农整体割胶技术水平，走合作共赢的道路。 |

| The current situation and problems of natural rubber industry in Laos were analyzed by taking the solely owned private rubber industry of Nanta as an example.The natural rubber industry in Laos had not developed for a long time，and the solely owned private rubber industry had reached a certain scale，but there were some problems，such as irregular planting and reclamation，poor rubber tapping technology，backward technology standard level，weak quality management，single product structure and so on.To promote the adjustment，transformation and upgrading of Laos’natural rubber industry，and improve the international competitiveness of its rubber products，the local government need to strengthen guidance，carry out cooperation with other countries，actively carry out technical exchanges，improve the overall rubber tapping technology level of rubber farmers，and take the road of win-win cooperation. |
