中文摘要:
      采用有限元软件分析13R22.5无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎胎圈部位材料施工结构对胎踵裂的影响。结果表明:钢丝加强层外敷贴锦纶包布层可以分散轮辋轮缘对胎踵部位的挤压应力,减轻应力集中,改善胎踵裂问题。通过成品室内和道路试验验证了有限元分析的正确性。
英文摘要:
      Finite element software was used to analyze the influence of construction structure of ring material on heel crack of 13R22.5 all-steel truck tubeless tire,The influence of three schemes on the stress concentration point in the heel of the tire was calculated. The results show that:External application of nylon cladding layer on steel reinforcing layer can disperse the extrusion of rim rim rim on the heel of bead, reduce stress and improve the appearance of heel crack. The correctness of finite element analysis is verified by indoor and road tests.
