| 介绍4.10－6免耕播种机用半充气轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 332 mm，断面宽 102 mm，配合轮辋 3.25A，着合直径 151.60 mm，着合宽度 82.55 mm，行驶面宽度 97.92 mm，行驶面弧度高 6 mm，花纹采用混合型花纹，花纹沟深度 4 mm。施工设计：胎筒截面周长 296.7 mm，胎筒长度 869.9 mm，胎筒胎冠处厚度 20 mm，胎筒胎侧处厚度 22 mm，基部胶厚度 15 mm。成品轮胎的尺寸稳定性、径向跳动性能优于4.10－6 4PR充气轮胎，耐久性能等相当，达到设计目标。 |

| The design of 4.10－6 semi-pneumatic tire for no-till planters was introduced.In the structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 332 mm，cross-section width 102 mm，matched with standard rim 3.25A， diameter at rim seat 151.60 mm，width at rim seat 82.55 mm，width of running surface 97.92 mm，arc height of running surface 6 mm，mixed pattern for tread，pattern depth 4 mm.In the construction design，the following parameters were taken：carcass circumference 296.7 mm，carcass length 869.9 mm，thickness of carcasss crown compound 20 mm，thickness of carcasss sidewall compound 22 mm，thickness of base compound 15 mm.The dimensional stability and radial runout performance of the finished tire were better than those of 4.10－6 4PR pneumatic tires，the durability and other properties were equivalent，achieving the design goals. |
