| 研究汽车密封条气味源头及控制方法。汽车密封条的气味来源主要分为5大类化合物,其中苯类化合物主要来源于生胶,胺类化合物主要来源于原材料如防老剂,硫化物主要来源于硫化反应,酯类化合物主要来源于硫化过程副产物如氧化产物,醛类化合物主要来源于硫化过程副反应。根据5大类化合物的除味原理,采用除味剂和改性多孔材料对样品进行处理后,样品的挥发性有机物中胺类化合物含量降低61.5%,硫类化合物含量降低88.0%,酯类化合物含量降低57.7%,苯类化合物含量降低50.2%,醛类化合物含量降低86.7%。 |

| The odor sources and control methods of automotive sealing strips were studied.The odor sources of automotive sealing strips were mainly classified into five categories of chemical compounds,among them,aromatic compounds were mainly originated from raw rubber,amine compounds were mainly originated from raw materials,such as antioxidants,sulfur compounds were mainly originated from vulcanization reactions,ester compounds were mainly originated from by-products of the vulcanization process,such as oxidation products,and aldehyde compounds were mainly originated from side reactions during vulcanization.According to the deodorization principles of five categories of compounds,deodorant and modified porous material were used to treat the samples,the amine compounds content in the volatile organic compounds of the samples decreased by 61.5%,sulfur compounds content decreased by 88.0%,ester compounds content decreased by 57.7%,aromatic compounds content decreased by 50.2%,aldehyde compounds content decreased by 86.7%. |
