      选取比表面积和结构相同但聚集体尺寸分布不同的两种牌号炭黑N550(AL801-N和AL801-B),在相同配方和工艺条件下,探究炭黑N550的聚集体尺寸分布对三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)胶料性能的影响。结果表明:AL801-N的聚集体尺寸分布窄,具有更高的着色强度,填充AL801-N的EPDM胶料硬度和100%定伸应力较高;与填充AL801-N的胶料相比,填充宽聚集体尺寸分布的AL801-B的胶料的回弹值和补强指数较高,Payne效应降低21%和60 ℃的损耗因子峰值降低12%;填充窄聚集体尺寸分布炭黑可提升EPDM胶料的静态性能但牺牲部分动态性能,填充宽聚集体尺寸分布炭黑可改善胶料的动态性能但降低静态性能。因此针对橡胶制品加工性能和使用性能需求,可通过定向调控炭黑N550的聚集体尺寸分布以实现材料性能的精准适配。
英文摘要:
      Two grades of carbon black N550(AL801-N and AL801-B) with the same specific surface area and structure but different aggregate size distributions were selected to investigate the effect of aggregate size distribution of carbon black N550 on the properties of ethylene-propylene-diene monomer (EPDM) compound under same formulation and process conditions.The results showed that AL801-N exhibited narrow aggregate size distribution and higher tinting strength,and the EPDM compound filled with AL801-N had increased hardness and 100% modulus.Compared with the compound filled with AL801-N,the compound filled with AL801-B which had a broad aggregate size distribution displayed higher rebound resilience and reinforcement index,a 21% lower Payne effect,and a 12% lower peak loss factor at 60 ℃.Filling with carbon black with narrow aggregate size distribution improved the static properties of EPDM compounds but sacrificed part of dynamic properties.In contrast,filling with carbon black of broad aggregate size distribution enhanced the dynamic properties of the compounds but reduced the static properties.Therefore,according to the requirements for the processing and service performance of rubber products,the precise matching of material properties could achieved by directionally regulating the aggregate size distribution of carbon black N550.
