      以反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯(TPI)和聚丙烯(PP)为基体,有机粘土(OC)为补强剂,制备TPI/PP/OC复合材料,探讨OC用量对复合材料形状记忆性能的影响。结果表明:随着OC用量的增大,TPI/PP/OC复合材料的结晶度逐渐增大;当OC用量为6份时,复合材料的拉伸性能较好,并表现出良好的形状记忆性能。
英文摘要:
      Trans-1,4-polyisoprene rubber(TPI)/polypropylene(PP)/organic clay(OC) composites were prepared with TPI and PP as matrix and OC as reinforcing agent,the effect of OC content on the shape memory properties of composites was discussed.The results showed that the crystallinity of TPI/PP/OC composites increased with the increasing of OC content.When the content of OC was 6 phr,the tensile property of the composites was better,and the composites showed good shape memory property.
