| 研究三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)生胶门尼粘度、乙烯含量、含胶率、硫化体系对其胶料耐燃油性能及耐高温压缩永久变形性能的影响。结果表明:选用高门尼粘度生胶有助于提高胶料的耐燃油性能和耐高温压缩永久变形性能;选用高乙烯含量生胶有利于提高胶料的耐燃油性能,但对耐高温压缩永久变形性能影响不大;降低含胶率有助于提升胶料的耐燃油性能,但不利于耐高温压缩永久变形性能;采用复合硫化体系可以提高胶料的综合性能。 |

| The effects of Mooney viscosity,ethylene content,rubber content and vulcanization system of ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM)raw rubber on the fuel resistance and high temperature compression set resistance of its compound were studied.The results showed that the selection of raw rubber with high Mooney viscosity helped improve the fuel resistance and high temperature compression set resistance of the compound.The selection of raw rubber with high ethylene content was beneficial to enhancing the fuel resistance of the compound,but had little effect on the high temperature compression set resistance.Reducing the rubber content helped improve the fuel resistance of the compound,but was unfavorable to the high temperature compression set resistance.The adoption of a composite vulcanization system could improve the comprehensive properties of the compound. |
