      以环烷基基础油和石蜡基基础油以不同比例调制橡胶油,研究橡胶油碳型结构对塑胶跑道性能的影响。结果表明:橡胶油中的环烷烃含量越大,塑胶跑道的拉伸强度和冲击强度越大,耐老化性能提高;橡胶油中的链烷烃含量越大,胶料的质量流动速率越高;橡胶油碳型结构对苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SEBS)和三元乙丙橡胶塑胶跑道的耐磨性能的影响差异较大。
英文摘要:
      Rubber oils were prepared by blending naphthenic base oils and paraffin base oils in different proportions,and the effect of carbon type structures of rubber oils on the properties of plastic racetracks was studied. The results indicated that the higher naphthenic hydrocarbons content in the rubber oils led to greater tensile strength,impact strength,and improved aging resistance of plastic racetracks.The higher paraffin hydrocarbons content in the rubber oils resulted in higher mass flow rate of the compounds.The carbon type structures of the rubber oils had different impact on the wear resistance of styrene-ethylene-butene-styrene(SEBS) and ethylene-propylene-diene monomer plastic racetracks.
