| 介绍255/50R20 109Y电动汽车轮胎的多目标优化设计。结构设计:外直径 761 mm,断面宽 279 mm,行驶面宽度 224.4 mm,行驶面弧度高 9.874 mm,胎圈着合直径 508.4 mm,胎圈着合宽度 231.1 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 1.0,采用非对称花纹块设计,花纹深度 7.4 mm,花纹饱和度 72.6%,花纹周节数 82。施工设计:采用双层胎面设计,带束层采用2层4×0.225UT钢丝帘布,冠带层采用1400dtex/2锦纶66帘布,胎体采用2层1100dtex/2聚酯帘布,采用一次法成型机成型、高温氮气硫化工艺。成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、高速性能和耐久性能均符合国家标准要求,干湿地操控性能、噪声与国外竞品接近,可为新能源汽车轮胎优化设计提供方法和实测数据参考。 |

| The multi-objective optimization design of 255/50R20 109Y electric vehicle tire was introduced.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 761 mm,cross-sectional width 279 mm,width of running surface 224.4 mm,arc height of running surface 9.874 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 508.4 mm,bead width at rim seat 231.1 mm,maximun width position of cross-section(H1/H2) 1.0,featuring asymmetric tread pattern design,pattern depth?7.4 mm,black/total ratio 72.6%,and number of pattern pitches 82.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:employing double-layer tread design,two layers of 4×0.225UT steel cord for belt,1400dtex/2 nylon 66 cord for crown layer,two layers of 1100dtex/2 polyester cord for carcass,using one-step building machine to build tire and high temperature nitrogen gas curing process.The inflated peripheral dimension,strength,high-speed performance and durability of the finished tire all met national standard requirements,the dry/wet handling performance and noise were comparable to that of international competitors.This study could provide methods and measured data references for the optimization design of new energy vehicle tires. |
