| 研究高导热减薄硫化胶囊在全钢载重子午线轮胎生产中的应用。结果表明:适当提高硫化胶囊导热系数可以提升轮胎内部的热传导效率,从而缩短硫化周期和提高生产效率;匹配合理的硫化胶囊尺寸,可以保证硫化胶囊的使用寿命不缩短;硫化胶囊的中心厚度由9 mm降至6 mm、导热系数由0.22 W·m-1·K-1升至0.31 W·m-1·K-1时,硫化周期由60 min降至56 min,轮胎硫化产能每年提升约16.8万条,且成品轮胎质量相当,胶囊消耗成本不增大。 |

| The application of high thermal conductivity thinning curing bladders in the production of truck and bus radial tire was studied.The results indicated that properly increasing the thermal conductivity of curing bladders could improve the internal heat conduction efficiency of tires,thereby shorten the vulcanization cycle and improve production efficiency.Matching the appropriate sizes of curing bladders could ensure that the lifespans of the curing bladders were not reduced.When the center thickness of the curing bladder was reduced from 9 mm to 6 mm,the thermal conductivity increased from 0.22 W·m-1·K-1 to 0.31 W·m-1·K-1,the vulcanization cycle were reduced from 60 min to 56 min,the annual tire vulcanization capacity increased by about 168 000,moreover,the quality of the finished tires remained equivalent,and the costs of bladder consumption did not increase. |
