分析全钢子午线轮胎胎体帘布稀线的原因,采取解决措施,并提出生产工艺改善和管控要点。通过采取增加胎体帘布修边根数、剔除损伤的胎体帘布和割除熟胶粒贯穿2根以上钢丝帘线的部分胎体帘布等措施以及进行胎体帘布自动接头、手动接头、压延和内衬层接头等工艺改善和管控,使全钢子午线轮胎胎体帘布稀线的发生率明显降低,从而提高了轮胎的合格率。 |

The causes of sparse carcass cord line of all-steel radial tire were analyzed,the countermeasures was taken,and the key points for production process improvement and control were proposed.By taking measures such as increasing the number of carcass cord fabric trimming,removing damaged carcass cord fabric,and cutting off partial carcass cord fabric that scorched compound particles implementing more than 2 steel cords,as well as improving and controlling processes such as automatic and manual carcass cord fabric joints,calendering and inner lining layer joints,the occurrence of sparse carcass cord line of all-steel radial tire had been significantly reduced,thereby significantly improving the qualification rate of tires. |
