      介绍轮胎生产中降低钢丝帘布消耗的工艺优化措施及实践效果。经实际生产验证,在压延、裁断等工序,通过工艺技术改进和推行全流程生产组织管理优化措施,可以有效解决钢丝帘布边部漏线、裁断帘布开头结尾尺寸不合格、带束层大头小尾和卷曲打褶等问题,钢丝帘布损耗大幅下降,经济效益明显提高。
英文摘要:
      The process optimization measures and practical effects for reducing steel cord consumption in tire production were introduced.Practical production verification showed that through process technology improvements and the implementation of optimized full-process production organization management measures in processes such as calendering and cutting,the questions such as steel cord edge leakage, dimensional deviations at the start and end of cut steel cord, large head,small tails and curling or folding in belts could be effectively resolved,steel cord consumption was significantly reduced,leading to notable economic benefits.
