| The management transformation of Chinese tire enterprises under the environmental economic policies was studied.The development process of national environmental economic policies was reviewed.Effect of the policies including environmental regulations，carbon emission policies，and green financial incentives on the operations of tire enterprises was analyzed.The management transformations of Chinese tire enterprises in production processes，organizational structure，clean production，brand strategy，cost control，and strategic decision were introduced.The shift of Chinese tire enterprises from traditional extensive management models to refined and green management models under environmental economic policies was explored. |
