| 对2024年发布、自2025年3月1日起陆续实施的橡胶塑料粉碎机械安全要求系列国家标准（GB/T 25936.1—2024，GB/T 25936.2—2024，GB/T 25936.3—2024，GB/T 25936.4—2024）进行系统解读，涵盖标准概况、标准发展背景与沿革、修订思路、主要技术内容、与强制性国家标准GB 46035—2025的关系、实施建议等。本系列标准全面替代了2010—2012年发布的旧版强制性国家标准，为橡胶塑料粉碎机械的设计、制造与使用提供了明确的安全技术规范，对提升行业安全水平、促进国际贸易具有重要作用。 |

| A systematic interpretation of the series of national standards for safety requirements of rubber and plastic size reduction machines，published in 2024 and to be implemented progressively from March 1，2025（GB/T 25936.1—2024，GB/T 25936.2—2024，GB/T 25936.3—2024，GB/T 25936.4—2024） was made，covering standard overview，background and evolution of standard development，revision rationale，key technical contents，relationship with the mandatory national standard GB 46035—2025，and implementation recommendations.The series of standards comprehensively replaced the old versions mandatory national standard issued between 2010 and 2012.It established clear safety technical specifications for the design，manufacturing，and use of rubber and plastic size reduction machine，playing a crucial role in enhancing industry safety standards and promoting international trade. |
