| 以三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)为基体,采用过氧化物硫化体系,研究了增塑剂、防老剂、交联剂等配方组分对胶料硫化特性、物理性能和耐压缩永久变形性能的影响。结果表明,环烷油和防老剂RD会使EPDM胶料的硫化程度降低,压缩永久变形增大;增大交联剂的用量可使EPDM胶料的硫化程度提高,压缩永久变形减小。 |

| Using ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM) rubber as the matrix and peroxide vulcanization system,the effects of plasticizer,antioxidant and crosslinking agent on the vulcanization characteristics,physical properties,and compression set resistance of the compound were investigated.The results indicated that cyclohexyl oil and antioxidant RD could reduce the vulcanization degree of EPDM compound and increase compression set.Increasing the amount of crosslinking agent could improve the vulcanization degree of EPDM compound,reduce compression set. |
