| 在风电机组润滑系统设计中,集成式稀油润滑系统凭借其技术协同优势,已成为行业主流选择。针对现有集成式稀油润滑机组使用过程中主轴密封存在的油液泄漏问题,通过分析、总结原有结构设计缺陷,提出一种改善方案。改善方案区别于以往密封单独设计及对密封零泄漏的认知,通过系统化解决思路兼顾密封系统整体功能、安装及维护便利性,可有效规避原有密封结构缺陷,改善密封效果。在风力发电机组润滑系统设计中,集成式稀油润滑系统凭借其技术协同优势,已成为行业主流选择。针对现有集成式稀油润滑风力发电机组使用过程中主轴密封系统存在的油液泄漏问题,提出一种改善方案。改善方案采用系统化解决思路,兼顾密封系统整体功能、安装及维护便利性,通过优化主密封与迷宫密封系统的相对位置及迷宫环采用综合性能优异的聚碳酸酯等改进措施,有效规避了原密封结构的缺陷,改善了密封效果。 |

| In the design of lubrication systems for wind turbines,the integrated thin oil lubrication system has become the main choice in the industry due to its technical synergy advantages.To address the oil leakage issues in the main shaft sealing system of existing integrated thin oil lubrication wind turbines,an improvement solution was proposed.This solution adopted a systematic approach,balancing the overall functionality of the sealing system,installation convenience,and maintenance ease.By optimizing the relative positioning of the primary sealing and labyrinth sealing system,selecting high-performance polycarbonate for labyrinth ring,the original seal structural defects were effectively mitigated,resulting in improved sealing performance. |
