| 研究聚氨酯(PU)发泡胶中短链氯化石蜡(SCCPs)的测试方法。对现行的SCCPs测试方法进行梳理,并建立了采用气相色谱-质谱-负化学电离源法定性定量测试PU发泡胶中SCCPs的方法。该方法的加标回收率和精密度符合测试要求,方法可靠。采用建立的方法测试市面上收集到的14种单组分PU发泡胶和2种液体氯化石蜡中的SCCPs含量,部分样品的SCCPs含量过高,相关行业应尽早规范SCCPs指标,企业也需对配方进行合理化调整,尽可能减少相关产品对环境的影响。 |

| The testing methods for short-chain chlorinated paraffins(SCCPs) in polyurethane(PU) foam adhesive were studied.The current SCCPs testing methods were reviewed,and a method for qualitative and quantitative analysis of SCCPs in PU foam adhesive using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry with negative chemical ionization source was established.The recovery rates and precision of this method met the testing requirements,confirming its reliability.The established method was used to test 14 kind of single-component PU foam adhesives and two kinds of liquid chlorinated paraffins collected from the market.The results showed that some samples had excessively high SCCPs content.It was suggested that related industry to promptly standardize SCCPs relevant indicators, and enterprises need to rationally adjust formulations to minimize the environmental impact of SCCPs related production. |
