      对多种顺丁橡胶(BR)长链支化度的表征方法进行比较。结果表明:红外光谱法测定微观结构含量、差示扫描量热法测定玻璃化转变温度无法有效表征BR的长链支化度;凝胶渗透色谱法测定相对分子质量及其分布、特性粘度法和门尼粘度法易受到BR样品的凝胶含量的影响,因而难以区分长链支化度较低的BR样品;大振幅振荡剪切流变法和非线性流变法表征BR的长链支化度具有足够的灵敏度,且不受相对分子质量分布及凝胶含量等因素的影响,是表征BR长链支化度的理想方法。
英文摘要:
      The characterization of long chain branching degree of cis-poly butadiene rubber(BR) by various methods were compared.The results showed that infrared spectroscopy for measuring microstructural content and differential scanning calorimetry for measuring glass transition temperature could not effectively characterize the long chain branching degree of BR.Gel permeation chromatography method for measuring relative molecular weight and its distribution,as well as the intrinsic viscosity method and Mooney viscosity method were easily influenced by the gel content of BR samples,making it difficult to distinguish BR samples with lower long chain branching degree.The large amplitude oscillatory shear rheometry and nonlinear rheometry methods exhibited sufficient sensitivity in characterizing the long chain branching degree of BR and were unaffected by factors such as relative molecular weight distribution and gel content,making them ideal methods for characterizing the long chain branching degree of BR.
