| 对商用车动力总成悬置强度进行仿真与试验研究。首先基于单轴拉伸试验拟合出橡胶的Mooney-Rivlin超弹性本构模型,对悬置进行橡胶静刚度和强度仿真计算;然后进行台架试验;最后对仿真结果和台架试验结果进行对比,验证了仿真结果的准确性。 |

| A simulation and experimental study on the strength of commercial vehicle powertrain mount was conducted.First,the Mooney-Rivlin hyperelastic constitutive model of rubber was fitted based on uniaxial tensile test,and static stiffness and strength simulations calculation of the mount were performed.Subsequently,bench tests were carried out.Finally,the simulation results and bench test results were compared to verify the accuracy of the simulation results. |
