| 研究酰肼材料DC-01（简称DC-01）在全钢载重子午线轮胎硬三角胶中的应用。结果表明：在150 ℃下预热5 min时，DC-01与天然橡胶（NR）开始反应，增粘树脂和补强树脂会降低DC-01与NR的反应速率；随着DC-01用量的增大，胶料的硫化速率加快，门尼粘度增大，硫化胶的定伸应力减小，拉伸强度、拉断伸长率和回弹值增大，炭黑在橡胶基体中的分散性提高，胶料的生热和滚动阻力降低。 |

| The application of hydrazide material DC-01（abbreviated as DC-01） in hard apex compound of all-steel truck and bus radial tire was studied.The results showed that when preheated at 15 ℃ for 5 minutes，DC-01 began to react with natural rubber（NR），tackifying resin and reinforcing resin reduced the reaction rate between DC-01 and NR.With the increase of DC-01 amount，the curing rate was accelerated，the Mooney viscosity of compound increased，the modulus of vulcanizate decreased，the tensile strength，elongation at break and rebound resilience increased，the dispersion of carbon black in the rubber matrix was improved，heat build-up and rolling resistance of the compound were reduced. |
