      通过分析溶液聚合橡胶汽提单元水析法凝聚过程,利用非均相水蒸气蒸馏原理,研究汽提单元蒸汽消耗与溶剂消耗,并结合装置现状,提出汽提过程节能途径及优化方案。汽提单元水运过程利用凝液代替脱盐水不仅减少了装置能耗,也为延长装置运行周期提供了保障。对聚合操作工艺进行优化,提高聚合单体浓度及增大胶液含胶量,不仅使单线生产能力大幅提高,同时汽提单元在溶剂脱除过程中可节约大量蒸汽。
英文摘要:
      By analyzing the aqueous phase coagulation process of in the solution polymerization rubber stripping unit and utilizing the principle of heterogeneous steam distillation,the steam consumption and solvent consumption in stripping unit were studied,combined with the current situation of the device,energy-saving approaches and optimization schemes for the stripping process were proposed.Using condensate instead of desalinated water during the water transportation process of the stripping unit not only reduced energy consumption,but also provided guarantees for the long-term operation of the device.The polymerization operation process was optimized,increasing the polymerization monomer concentration and rubber content in the rubber solution not only greatly improved the single line production capacity,but also saved a lot of steam in the solvent removal process of the stripping unit.
