      采用异戊二烯胶乳与胶清胶乳以不同并用比共混制备共混胶,分析胶料的理化性质、硫化特性、物理性能、压缩疲劳性能及动态力学性能。结果表明,随着胶清胶乳用量的增大,共混胶的氮含量增大,胶料的硫化速度加快,500%定伸应力和压缩疲劳温升提高;当胶清胶乳/异戊二烯胶乳并用比为60/100时,胶料的拉伸强度和弹性模量最高,损耗因子最小。
英文摘要:
      The blended rubber was prepared by blending isoprene latex and skim latex in different blending ratios,and the physicochemical properties,vulcanization characteristics,physical properties,compression fatigue performance,and dynamic mechanical properties of the compound were analyzed.The results showed that with the increase of skim latex dosage,the nitrogen content of the blended rubber increased,vulcanization speed was fastened,and the 500% tensile stress and compression fatigue temperature rise increased.When the blend ratio of skim latex/isoprene latex was 60/100,the tensile strength and elastic modulus of the compound were the highest,and the loss factor was the smallest.
