| 研究两种硫化剂替代非环保型硫化剂二硫代二吗啉(DTDM)对大型矿用轮胎胎面胶性能的影响。结果表明:采用二硫代二己内酰胺(DTDC)等量替代DTDM时,胶料的t90略有延长,抗硫化返原性能、100%定伸应力、抗切割性能和动态生热均无显著差异,耐屈挠裂口增长性能得到提升;采用HP-669C[双-(3-乙氧基硅烷丙基)四硫化物与炭黑N330混合物(质量比为1/1)]超量替代DTDM时,胶料的t90显著延长,抗硫化返原性能相近,且抗切割性能和耐屈挠裂口增长性能均获得提升;当HP-669C用量为DTDM的2.4倍时,胶料的综合性能最佳,且较DTDC具有成本优势。 |

| The effect of two sulfur donors replacing traditional non-environmentally-friendly curing agent dithiomorpholine(DTDM) on the properties of the tread compound for giant mining tires was investigated. The results showed that when an equal amount of dithiodicarbonamide(DTDC) was used in place of DTDM,the t90 of the compound was slightly extended,while the anti-reversion property,100% modulus,cutting resistance,and dynamic heat build-up remained essentially unchanged. In addition,the resistance to flexural cracking growth was improved. When HP-669C [a mixture of bis-(3-triethoxysilane propyl)-tetrasulfide and carbon black N330(mass ratio of 1/1)] was used as an excessive-amount replacement for DTDM,the t90 of the compound was significantly prolonged,and the anti-reversion property was similar,and both cut resistance and resistance to flexural cracking growth were improved.At 2.4 times the DTDM dosage,HP-669C gave the compound the best overall performance and also reduced the cost compared with DTDC. |
