中文摘要:
      分析全钢工程机械子午线轮胎胎圈外侧薄胶的原因,并提出相对应的解决措施。通过采取减小内衬层宽度,增大胎侧、耐磨胶、填充胶部件在胎圈外侧位置的挤出厚度,成型过程中设计钢丝圈中心线偏向贴敷复合件中心侧等措施,全钢工程机械子午线轮胎胎圈外侧薄胶的问题得到基本解决。
英文摘要:
      The reasons for the thin rubber on the outer side of the bead of all-steel off-the-road radial tire was analyzed,and the corresponding solutions were proposed.By reducing the width of the inner lining layer,increasing the extrusion thickness of the sidewall,wear-resistant rubber,and filling rubber parts on the outer side of the bead,and designing the steel wire ring centerline to move forword to the center side of the fitting composite part during the building ptocess,the problem of thin rubber on the outer side of the bead of all-steel off-the-road radial tire was basically solved.
