      选用甲基乙烯基硅橡胶(VMQ)作为主体橡胶,气相法白炭黑和纳米CaCO3作为复合补强剂,制备质子交换膜燃料电池垫片用VMQ胶料,研究复合补强剂用量对VMQ胶料耐疲劳性能的影响。结果表明:在相同的纳米CaCO3用量下,随着气相法白炭黑用量的增大,VMQ胶料的屈挠疲劳次数减小,更易发生疲劳失效,且底部温升与中部温升差值和永久变形呈增大趋势,耐压缩疲劳性能变差;在相同的气相法白炭黑用量下,随着纳米CaCO3用量的增大,VMQ胶料的耐屈挠龟裂疲劳性能和耐压缩疲劳性能提高;当气相法白炭黑/纳米CaCO3用量比为25/30时,VMQ胶料的耐屈挠龟裂疲劳性能和耐压缩疲劳性能最佳。
英文摘要:
      Methyl vinyl silicone rubber(VMQ) was selected as the main rubber,and fumed silica and nano-CaCO3 were used as composite reinforcing agents to prepare VMQ compound for proton exchange membrane fuel cell gaskets.The influence of the amount of composite reinforcing agents on the fatigue resistance of VMQ compound was investigated.The results showed that,with the same amount of nano-CaCO3,as the amount of fumed silica increased,the flex fatigue cycles of VMQ compound decreased,making it more prone to fatigue failure.Additionally,the difference in temperature rise between the bottom and middle parts and the permanent deformation showed an increasing trend,and the compression fatigue resistance deteriorated.With the same amount of fumed silica,as the amount of nano-CaCO3 increased,the flex crack resistance and compression fatigue resistance of VMQ compound were improved. When the ratio of fumed silica to nano-CaCO3 was 25/30,the flex crack resistance and compression fatigue resistance of VMQ compound were optimal.
