      通过对镍系顺丁橡胶生产装置能耗结构及回收单元蒸汽消耗情况进行分析,查找出能耗较高的原因。通过采取优化进料口、回流比,增加切割塔至溶剂油脱重塔、溶剂油脱水塔至溶剂油脱重塔、再沸器回水至热水回用缓冲罐流程的措施,回收单元蒸汽消耗降至23.5 t·h-1左右,生产装置整体能耗下降10~15 kg(标油)·t-1,降低了生产成本,进而提高了BR产品的竞争力。
英文摘要:
      By analyzing the energy consumption structure of the nickel based butadiene rubber(BR) production equipment and the steam consumption of the recovery unit,the reasons for the high energy consumption were identified.By optimizing the feed inlet and reflux ratio,adding the processes of cutting tower to solvent oil dehydration tower,solvent oil dehydration tower to solvent oil dehydration tower,and reboiler return water to hot water recovery buffer tank,the steam consumption of the recovery unit were reduced to about 23.5 t· h-1,and the overall energy consumption of the production equipment were decreased by 10~15 kg(standard oil)·t-1,reducing production costs and thus improving the competitiveness of the BR product.
