| 研究镍系顺丁橡胶生产过程中聚合挂胶现象的预防与控制方法。从工艺操作与设备条件深入剖析发现，原料纯度、催化剂配比、反应温度、反应压力和搅拌速度是聚合挂胶的主要影响因素。通过实施相应的预防及控制措施，可以有效降低凝胶含量，减少挂胶，延长聚合釜运行周期，提高生产效率和产品质量，降低维修成本。 |

| The prevention and control technologies for polymer gumming phenomenon in nickel-based butadiene rubber production were investigated.Through in-depth analysis of process operation and equipment conditions，it was found that the purity of raw materials，catalyst ratio，reaction temperature，reaction pressure and stirring speed were the main influencing factors of polymer gumming.By implementing corresponding preventive and control measures，gel content could be effectively reduced，polymer gumming decreased，the operation cycle of polymerization kettle was prolonged，production efficiency and product quality were improved，and maintenance costs were reduced. |
