| 针对某型飞机起落架作动筒用丁腈橡胶密封圈国际橡胶硬度(IRHD)不合格的问题,研究外购与自制密封圈的硫化体系、补强体系以及调整硫化工艺对密封圈IRHD的影响。结果表明:外购与自制密封圈的IRHD存在明显差异,自制密封圈的IRHD较低,存在不达标问题;外购与自制密封圈的硫化剂和补强剂的成分及其含量均无明显差异;采取优化硫化工艺的方式提升了密封圈的IRHD,且耐油性能和拉伸性能满足技术指标要求。本研究可为橡胶密封件硬度不合格问题提供原因分析方法与解决
思路。 |

| In response to the problem of unqualified international rubber hardness(IRHD) of nitrile rubber sealing rings in the landing gear actuator of a certain type of aircraft,the effect of the vulcanization system and reinforcement system of purchased and self-made sealing rings,and the vulcanization process adjustment on the hardness of the sealing rings were studied.The results showed that there was a significant difference in IRHD between purchased and self-made sealing rings.The IRHD of self-made sealing rings was lower,and there was a problem of non-compliance.There was no significant difference in the composition and content of vulcanization agents and reinforcement agents between purchased and self-made sealing rings.By optimizing the vulcanization process,the IRHD of the sealing rings was improved,and the oil resistance and tensile performance met the technical specifications.This study could provide a cause analysis method and solution ideas for the problem of unqualified hardness of rubber seals. |
