| 研究3种酚醛补强树脂对天然橡胶胶料性能的影响。结果表明：加入妥尔油改性酚醛补强树脂RT2101的胶料的门尼焦烧时间t 35 －t5 最长，加工安全性提高，硫化胶的撕裂强度最大；加入腰果壳油改性酚醛补强树脂RT2201的胶料的门尼粘度最小，硫化胶60 ℃时的tanδ较小，加工性能提高，滚动阻力降低；加入未改性酚醛补强树脂RT2301的胶料的硫化效率较高。 |

| The effect of three kinds of phenolic reinforcing resins on properties of natural rubber （NR） compound was studied.The results showed that，the Mooney scorch time （t35－t5） of the compound with tall oil modified phenolic reinforcing resin RT2101 was the longest，the processing safety was improved，the tear strength of the vulcanizate was the maximum.The Mooney viscosity of the compound with cashew nut shell oil modified phenolic reinforcing resin RT2201 was the minimum，the tanδat 60 °C of the vulcanizate was relatively small，processability was improved and rolling resistance was reduced.The compound with unmodified phenolic reinforcing resin RT2301 had higher vulcanization efficiency. |
