      介绍环氧化天然橡胶(ENR)的制备方法、结构表征和应用研究进展。ENR在改善白炭黑补强作用、橡胶并用和提高轮胎性能方面有重要的作用,ENR可以改善白炭黑的分散性,从而提高白炭黑的补强作用;ENR分子链中的环氧基团可显著增强橡胶并用体系的界面相容性,提高复合材料的力学性能、耐老化性能、耐油性能和气密性;ENR可以增强轮胎胶料的物理性能、抗湿滑性能和耐磨性能,提高轮胎的综合性能。
英文摘要:
      The preparation methods,structure characterization and application research progress of epoxidized natural rubber(ENR) were introduced.ENR had an important role in improving the reinforcing effect of silica,rubber blending and increasing tire performance.ENR could improve the dispersibility of silica,thereby enhancing the reinforcing effect of silica.The epoxy groups in the ENR molecular chain could significantly enhance the interfacial compatibility of rubber blends,improve the mechanical properties,aging resistance,oil resistance and airtightness of the composite materials.ENR could enhance the physical properties,wet-skid resistance and wear resistance of tire compounds,improve the overall performance of tires.
