| 介绍液压软管结构与生产流程,分析液压软管失效模式,并提出改善措施。液压软管常见失效模式包括内层胶杂质、麻坑、横向裂纹、老化,增强层中钢丝生锈、受外力变形,外层胶磨损、龟裂,扣压接头处渗漏、接头拔脱。结合实际使用工况有针对性地采取优化胶料配方、改进生产工艺、合理选型配套、加强现场管理、增加防护措施等手段,可以提升液压软管质量,降低故障率。 |

| The structure and production process of hydraulic hoses were introduced,the common failure modes were analyzed,and corresponding improvement measures were proposed.Common failure modes of hydraulic hoses included impurities,pitting,transverse cracks,aging in the lining compound,rusting and deformation of steel wires in the reinforcement layer,wear and cracking of the cover compound,leakage at crimped joints and joint detachment.By adopting targeted measures based on actual service conditions,including optimizing rubber compound formulations,improving production processes,selecting appropriate matching types,enhancing on-site management,and increasing protective measures,the quality of hydraulic hoses could be improved and the failure rate was reduced. |
