| 研究缆型钢丝圈在半钢子午线轮胎中的应用。与六角形钢丝圈相比，缆型钢丝圈的破断力大，破断伸长率较低，不易发生变形，且钢丝圈质量减小；以缆型钢丝圈代替六角形钢丝圈应用于半钢子午线轮胎中，需要匹配新三角胶口型，生产过程无异常，能够满足工艺要求，胎圈安全倍数为6.8，符合要求，成品轮胎性能良好，生产成本降低。 |

| The application of the cable type steel rings in steel-belted radial tires was studied.Compared to the hexagonal steel rings，the cable type steel rings exhibited higher breaking force，lower breaking elongation，reduced deformation tendency and weight.Replacing the hexagonal steel rings with the cable type steel rings in steel-belted radial tire required matching new apex mold，the production process showed no abnormalities and met process requirements，with a bead safety factor of 6.8 that complied with standards requirements，the finished tire had good performance，and the production costs decreased. |
