| 从花纹设计、材料选择、结构设计和制造工艺角度方面探讨提升定制公交车轮胎乘坐舒适性的方法。通过加大花纹深度和采用变节距花纹设计、采用低滚动阻力和高耐磨胎面胶、胎圈部位加贴1层细钢丝包布、胎侧加厚设计、增大冠带层宽度和三角胶高度、加宽成型鼓撑块和采用超低温硫化工艺等措施,可以有效提升轮胎的乘坐舒适性。 |

| The methods to improve the riding comfort of customized bus tire were explored from the perspectives of pattern design,material selection,structure design and manufacturing processes.By adopting measures such as deepening the pattern depth and adopting variable pitch pattern design,using a tread compound with low rolling resistance and high wear resistance,adding a layer of fine steel wire wrap at the tire bead,using thickened sidewall design,increasing the width of cap-ply layer and the height of apex,widening the formed drum support block,and adopting ultra-low temperature vulcanization process,riding comfort of the tire could be effectively improved. |
