      研究试样裁切方向对非结晶型橡胶和热塑性硫化胶(TPV)脆性温度测试结果的影响,并分析脆性温度与拉伸性能的关系。结果表明:垂直于压延方向裁样的三元乙丙橡胶、丁苯橡胶、丁腈橡胶硫化胶的脆性温度比平行于压延方向裁样低1~4 ℃,且压延效应越大,两个方向的脆性温度和定伸应力差异越大;平行于挤出方向裁样的三元乙丙橡胶/聚丙烯TPV的脆性温度比垂直于挤出方向裁样更低,定伸应力更大。建议相关标准修订时规定按平行于压延方向裁样,从而提高脆性温度测试结果的准确性和可靠性。
英文摘要:
      The effect of specimen cutting direction on the brittleness temperature testing results of amorphous rubber and thermoplastic vulcanizate(TPV) was investigated,and the relationship between brittleness temperature and tensile properties was analyzed. The results showed that the brittleness temperature of ethylene-propylene-diene monomer,styrene butadiene rubber and nitrile rubber vulcanizates cut perpendicular to the calendering direction was 1~4 ℃ lower than that of specimen cut parallel to the calendering direction,and the greater the calender effect,the larger the difference in the brittleness temperature and modulus of vulcanizates in the two directions.The brittleness temperature of ethylene-propylene-diene monomer/polypropylene TPV cut parallel to the extrusion direction was lower and the modulus was greater than that of specimen cut perpendicular to the extrusion direction.It was recommended that the relevant standards be revised to specify that specimens should be cut parallel to the calendering direction,so as to improve the accuracy and reliability of brittleness temperature test results.
